Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goldenpineappleinspirations@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Digital products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

Change of mind returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on physical products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before buying, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help!

Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
